The Riad Al Solh Palace Museum was the residence of late independence leader Riad Al Solh before he became prime minister of Lebanon. The 19th-century palace is special for its traditional Lebanese architecture, comprising of two floors of a white facade topped with a quaint red roof. It was acquired by the government and renovated by Al Waleed Bin Talal Humanitarian Foundation, that transformed it into a museum.
