    Description

    One of the most prominent squares of the nineteenth century, now it is a “wakf” of the late Ahmed Koguk Pasha the proceeds of which go back to the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Madinah. Its scholar was Mr. Hussein Effendi Almoradi. “It is Square shape with a knotted door, several rooms, and corridors. As for the lower floor, it contains many rooms used as stables for animals and stores for traders, with a square-shaped courtyard, and there was a pool of water.
